Department : Operations Reports To : Managing Director / CEO Location : Head Office (Roodepoort - Gauteng) with extensive national SADC travel Employment Type : Full-time Permanent Closing Date for Applications : 31 January Purpose of the Role To take full national accountability for all precast concrete and paving manufacturing operations, driving production excellence, profitability, zero-harm safety, quality standards and strong leadership across multiple business units country-wide.

Key Responsibilities - Full oversight of production, mechanical, technical, IR, safety, recruitment and training for all precast / paving plants nationwide - National business production planning and strict budget management - Rapid and effective handling of operational contingencies and crisis management - Drive performance management at plant, team and individual level - Implement and maintain a true "zero harm" safety culture with Requirements - Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent.
