Who are we looking for?

A hands-on, experiencedHead of Online Sales(or Sales Team Lead) who is passionate about coaching, developing talent, and leading from the front.

You will need to bring strong structure, clear processes, and day-to-day mentorship to a young team that's eager to succeed but in need of guidance.

This role is fully remote, and ideal for someone based within ±3 hours of CET.

What will you do?
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team through daily roleplays and feedback sessions
  • Review sales calls and provide actionable, constructive input
  • Develop and refine sales scripts and sales processes
  • Drive your own sales to stay product-aware and model best practice
  • Instill accountability and structure in the team's daily sales approach
What do you need?
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
  • Experience working with sales frameworks and structured methodologies
  • Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
  • A strong coaching and mentorship track record
  • Experience writing and optimising sales scriptsA proactive, fast-paced, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
  • Located within ±3 hours of Central European Time
