Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working onsite supporting customers.
• Experience with service level agreements and maintenance.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks.
• Provide service support to clients according to agreed timeframes.
• Compile technical reports and documentation for customers.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and server applications

Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals

Basic networking skills (LAN, VPN)

Information technology system support skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Negotiation and networking skills

Ability to work under pressure

Education

CompTIA Network +

Valid Driver’s License

Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) or MCSA preferred
