A leading media company in Cape Town seeks an experienced Office Manager & Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. This role involves managing the diary of the Chief Technology & AI Officer, handling communication, travel arrangements, and general administration tasks. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Administration, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage confidential information are essential.
Reporting to the Chief Technology & AI Officer, the Office Manager & Personal Assistant is responsible and accountable for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the office and the team. This position is available in our Cape Town office and is office based.
