A leading corporate recruitment agency in Sandton seeks an Office Manager / Executive PA for the Executive Chairman. The ideal candidate will manage a high-level diary and schedule, facilitate international travel arrangements, and oversee office administration. Candidates must have a relevant degree, extensive diary management experience, and proficiency in Office Suite and accounting software. This position demands a commitment to long hours and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
One of our JSE-listed Corporate clients in Sandton is looking for an Office Manager / Executive PA to the Executive Chairman.
This is a very high-level Executive Chairman who sits on a lot of boards and committees.
A very high-end person is required able to work excessive hours and manage an intense working environment with excessive demands in planning and scheduling.
Must be willing to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Salary: R
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Knowledge of Office Suite software, Pastel, Sage one among other software
Extensive Systems experience in Diary Management
High level of diary management of the executive chairman of a Group of Companies
Extensive travel, diary and email management
Operating and managing the Executive Chairman's office and his schedules
International experience needed in planning
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Executive Secretarial and intensive Annual Travel Calendar
International and Local Travel arrangements (Visas, flight accommodation ground transfers)
Loading and processing of office invoices and expenses
