A global intelligence consultancy is seeking an Office Administrator in Cape Town. This role involves managing office facilities, providing executive assistance, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior office management experience, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce. The Office Administrator is responsible for all aspects of facilities management for the Cape Town office infrastructure management and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). They will also provide executive assistance to the Head of the South Africa office as well as take on finance-related responsibilities relevant to the Cape Town office.

This role will be based in our Cape Town office and will be primarily office based with some limited flexibility available.
