Exciting opportunities exist for an Occupational Health Nurse at an Occupational Health Clinic in the Port Elizabeth area. The successful candidate will be responsible for rendering a quality occupational and primary healthcare service that is effective, efficient, and exceeds customers’ expectations.

Function: Nursing Facility Coast West, Port Elizabeth

Critical Outputs

• Work at an on‑site clinic providing occupational and primary health care services.
• Manage client contracts on site.
• Compile and implement an occupational health programme.
• Meet targets set in occupational health and quality programmes.
• Fulfil quality audit requirements for the site.
• Initiate and manage health projects on site.
• Work well within a team.
• Deliver high‑quality healthcare services.
• Meet administrative needs timeously.
• Meet the prescribed professional and quality standards of both Life Health Solutions and the client.

Requirements

• The candidate must be a current registered nurse with the SANC.
• Additional qualification in Occupational Health.
• Additional qualification in Audiometry, Spirometry, and vision screening.
• Additional qualification in dispensing.
• The candidate should have experience and be competent in basic computer skills, administration, employee relations and communication.
• Candidates who are results‑oriented, have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs and reduce costs will be most suitable for this position.
• Competent in emergency first aid for medical emergencies.
• Own transport.
