Job Opportunity: O&M Engineer in Cape Town

RPO Recruitment’s client is currently seeking an O&M Engineer to join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible.

Requirements:

• BSc. Eng, B.Tech Eng in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical.
• Eligible to register with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
• Proficient knowledge of PV solar systems (grid and off-grid), storage systems, generators, and hot water systems.
• Assist the Project Management team with the commissioning of renewable energy plants.
• Drive automation of all reports produced by the Operation and Maintenance Department.
• Experience in commissioning renewable energy systems, designing repairs and rectifications, accurate project cost predictions, monitoring system performance, and identifying causes of under-performance.
