Overview

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning NetSuite Partner, MacroFin.

Your role will be instrumental to managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and configuration to testing, training, and go-live, ensuring alignment with our clients' business goals and timelines.

Day To Day Responsibilities

Lead project portfolio (large / complex) and manage budget overruns and change requests.

Plan and coordinate internal and external project meetings.

Monitor and communicate project budget internally and externally.

Team lead responsible for PMO performance and coordination.

Assess project team estimate times, liaise with Senior Management Team on pricing improvements.

Handle project escalations internally and externally with sponsors on both sides.

Resource planning for new projects.

Run internal PMO meetings to plan and communicate process improvement.

Act as escalation point for smaller projects supporting other PMs.

Qualifications

Must have ERP / NetSuite project delivery experience.

Ability to lead a project from inception to close.

Proficiency with project management tools to lead, control and monitor projects.

Adapt processes to support client scope / SoW / timeline as needed.

Proven experience in identifying risks and issues & implementing mitigation structures.

Understanding of key project elements and impact on timelines, with ability to adjust accordingly.

Emotional intelligence to manage pressures of internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder management, leading conversations with stakeholders at all levels.

Completed Prince2 / PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
