Job Title : National Key Accounts Manager

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and driving sales growth within our national accounts portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large key accounts, developing strategic account plans, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts at a national level
  • Develop strategic plans to increase sales and profitability within key accounts
  • Coordinate and lead regular meetings with key account stakeholders to discuss business performance, opportunities, and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key account needs are met
  • Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the key account portfolio
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategies
  • Develop and execute promotional programs to drive sales and market share growth
  • Track and report on key account performance metrics and KPIs
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account activities and achievements

Qualifications :

  • Relevant Sales Diploma or Degree
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably wholesale
  • Proven success in managing national key accounts and achieving business targets
