Position can be based from either the office in Cape Town CBD, or Melrose Area of Johannesburg.

Job Description

As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing incoming support tickets, managing ticket queues, and ensuring efficient service delivery to our client’s businesses. You will act as a liaison between the Technical Team, Suppliers, and Clients, ensuring that support requests are logged, attended to, and resolved in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Matric.
  2. Business/Operations Qualification will be advantageous.
  3. 3 years’ experience in a similar environment and industry.
  4. NON-NEGOTIABLE, must have MSP Technical Experience.
  5. Experience working on a ticketing system.
  6. Experience assigning Microsoft 365 support tickets.

Salary: R22,000 - R32,000
