• 3 years People & Organisation experience, of which two years in the mining industry.
• Good understanding of South African transformation legislation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities.
• Monitor P&O processes for compliance and understanding.
• Conduct and participate in Production Critical and Safety meetings.
• Manage the employment life cycle of each employee.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for P&O management.
