What you’ll do:
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment across the plant.
  • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime.
  • Dismantle, reassemble, and test mechanical systems to ensure reliable operation.
  • Lubricate, calibrate, and monitor critical equipment for long‑term performance.
  • Work with precision tools, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and lifting gear.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, update mechanical drawings, and follow SHEQ protocols.
What you’ll be bringing:
  • Qualified Millwright Trade Test (N3 minimum)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong fault‑finding, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge of gear pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rigging.
  • Safety‑first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
