ROLE: Mid Resource Manager

LOCATION: Remote until further notice

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM

Working within a cutting-edge, AI-enabled marketing agency, alongside our client, a global FMCG organisation, the Resource Manager plays a crucial role in orchestrating and optimising our talented teams who deliver cutting-edge AI and technology-driven solutions. This role focuses on strategic resource allocation, ensuring our specialised teams of digital innovators, creative technologists, and production experts are effectively deployed across digital, social, e-commerce and creative production workstreams globally. The position is vital in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring our technical talents are allocated to maximise their impact and drive exceptional results.

WHAT IS REQUIRED
  • Champion streamlined processes to ensure optimal deployment of our specialists
  • Lead market level operational planning to support the effective delivery of AI and technology-driven projects.
  • Support with commercial and financial planning as well as administrative tasks and support for market teams.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners and support supplier management where required
  • Strategically coordinate resource allocation to ensure the right technical expertise is assigned to the right projects at the right time.
  • Create, maintain and analyse utilisation reports to ensure balanced workload and maximum team effectiveness.
  • Own and optimise workload distribution across our AI-enabled production teams locally, regionally and globally
  • Drive operational efficiency through clear processes and frameworks that enable our production teams to focus on innovation.
  • Become a champion and ‘superuser’ for OMG, our proprietary project planning software.
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
  • The ability to use job and time reporting systems to estimate, track and analyse projects and department utilisation.
  • Understanding of Gen AI capabilities and limitations
  • Experience with creative production workflows
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems
  • Strong operational mindset with expertise in resource planning and team coordination.
  • Proven track record in delivering efficient processes that enable production teams to excel
  • Excellence in workload management and capacity planning.
  • Understanding of marketing channels, assets and workflows including social, digital and e-commerce is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple production and creative workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing complex scheduling requirements across diverse project types.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
