POSITION INFO : Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Solution Sales Specialist with 10–15 years of proven expertise in selling Microsoft Cloud and Collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams Voice, Unified Communications, and modern security / compliance frameworks. This role requires a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in solution selling, customer enablement, and developing strategic accounts across enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of Microsoft Cloud solutions (M365, Azure, Teams Voice) with a focus on enterprise and B2B markets.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
- Deliver consultative solution selling to address client challenges in collaboration, productivity, security, compliance, and cloud transformation.
- Manage the full sales cycle : pipeline development, proposal creation, pricing, SLA definition, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Provide subject matter expertise on licensing models (CSP, EA, MPSA) and guide clients on optimizing investment in Microsoft technologies.
- Build and maintain strong partner and vendor relationships (Microsoft, Quest, Mitel, Plantronics, Jabra, Poly, Yealink, etc.).
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver tailored customer solutions, ensuring adoption and long-term client success.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
- Conduct impactful presentations and demos for decision-makers across all organizational levels.
