What Will You Do?
  • Functional Support & Issue Resolution – Provide 1st and 2nd line support for supply chain management (SCM) modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by users within Dynamics SCM.
  • Document issues, root causes, and solutions in the ticketing system (e.g., Service Now, Zendesk, Jira).
  • User Assistance & Training – Guide users on Dynamics SCM processes and best practices, support end‑user training and onboarding on new SCM features or processes, and create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • System Maintenance & Process Optimization – Assist with testing and deploying SCM‑related updates, patches, and configuration changes; analyze existing supply chain processes in the system and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy; collaborate with developers and functional consultants to resolve escalated tickets or complex issues.
  • Data & Reporting – Assist with data cleansing, data imports, and validating supply chain data accuracy; generate and maintain SCM‑related reports using embedded tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, or Excel add‑ins); ensure data integrity across purchase orders, sales orders, stock levels, and vendor information.
  • Collaboration & Project Support – Work closely with the IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align SCM functionality with business needs; participate in small enhancements, upgrades, or rollout projects as a support lead or tester; assist in UAT and coordinate feedback collection from supply chain users.
Who Do You Need to Be?
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics F&O or Business Central (focus on SCM modules).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations: procurement, logistics, inventory, and sales fulfillment.
  • Experience using or supporting systems such as Product Information Management (PIM), WMS, or vendor portals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
