About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, ambitious sales professional with a proven track record in the motor industry to join our growing MG Fourways team. If you thrive on exceeding targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment, this is your chance to accelerate your career with one of the fastest‑growing automotive brands in South Africa.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively generate, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Deliver a premium customer journey from the first conversation to post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Pre‑qualify all prospects and close deals efficiently in collaboration with our F&I team.
  • Manage all required documentation and ensure vehicles are delivery‑ready with all accessories fitted.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to position vehicles effectively and upsell where appropriate.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and manufacturer.
  • Stay in touch with buyers post‑sale to secure repeat business and referrals.
What We're Looking For
  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • Formal qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years new or used vehicle sales experience (preferably with a strong network in the Fourways / Johannesburg market)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (Code 8)
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Proven track record with 6 months' recent commission statements
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building relationships
  • Highly target‑driven with the resilience to thrive in a competitive market
  • Tech‑savvy and computer literate
