A leading Medical Scheme provider in Johannesburg is seeking a qualified Principal Officer/CEO to lead operations, manage financials, and ensure governance. Candidates must have at least 12-15 years of Senior Management experience in the Healthcare industry, along with a degree in Finance or Business Administration. The role involves advising the Board of Trustees, driving policy development, and overseeing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with legislation. Qualifications

  • 12 to 15 years Senior to Executive Management experience in the Medical Scheme/Healthcare Industry.
  • Previous experience as a Principal Officer or Executive role within a Medical Scheme.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation applicable to medical schemes.

  • Serve as advisor to the Board of Trustees and related committees.
  • Lead Policy Development and implementation.
  • Drive Business and Product Development initiatives.
