Job description

The MAM is the central contact person responsible for managing and driving all media-related aspects of the brands in his/her portfolio. This includes having a clear understanding of the brands, providing strategic direction, monitoring KPIs and budgets, and ensuring the effective implementation and buying of all campaigns.

Job Description :

Key responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with respective brand client teams.
  • Have a deep understanding of ABInBev's business and each brand within the portfolio.
  • Manage the overall day-to-day media activity of the brands.
  • Develop high-quality, innovative media strategies (traditional and digital) based on client briefs.
  • Encourage collaboration with relevant Dentsu partner agencies, e.g., Dentsu Creative.
  • Manage output across all Dentsu partner agencies and ensure seamless integration.
  • Allocate realistic budgets to campaigns/media platforms and monitor spending.
  • Agree on and track KPIs, ensuring they are met.
  • Brief media planners to compile campaign schedules after strategy approval.
  • Oversee schedule approval and ensure accurate buying briefs.
  • Conduct monthly flow plan checks and address over- or under-spending.
  • Continuously seek and present proactive media ideas to brand teams.
  • Evaluate media proposals and make recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare insightful post-campaign reports with recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the insights division to drive competitive brand reviews when required.
  • Assist the buyer in chasing creative material if needed.
  • Communicate account status weekly to clients and internal teams.
  • Support the BUD / Hub in providing portfolio-related information as required.

Assist the finance team in resolving invoice queries.
