A leading engineering firm in Cape Town is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to design and develop equipment, manage projects, and ensure quality control. Candidates must hold a B. Sc/B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering and have around 6 years of experience in heavy engineering, offshore or subsea. Proficiency in 3D CAD and SolidWorks is essential. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of equipment.
• Strength calculations and 3D CAD modelling and drawing SolidWorks.

• Project management from inception to delivery.
• Quotation, execution, procurement, logistics, resource planning.
• Reporting, oversight, manufacturing and quality control.
