The ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in SAP and MS Office are essential, along with good analytical and communication skills. The role requires effective time management and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working experience in a procurement & buying environment.
• Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Supplier Relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
• Create Purchase Orders on SAP and communicate with Suppliers.
• Assist in managing material Price Variances.
• Analyze and take corrective actions on Purchase Requisitions.
• Run daily Procurement routines and manage Exception Messages.
