We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales Virtual Assistant to keep our client’s sales and marketing operations running smoothly. You’ll handle routine weekly tasks and jump in to support new initiatives as they arise.
Full training will be provided during your first month.
Managing enquiry inboxes, including the CEO’s inbox
Publishing and promoting events on Eventbrite and LinkedIn
Creating simple feature images and content using AI tools
Editing and publishing webinars, then repurposing them into blogs and other content
Promoting events and podcasts through HubSpot, social posts, and emails
Cleaning and updating data in Excel and HubSpot
Researching and booking venues for in‑person events
Supporting new member onboarding and updates via WhatsApp
Assisting the sales team with meeting bookings and discovery call tasks
Using Surfe and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new prospects
Supporting small HubSpot projects as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot
Experience using paid ChatGPT and custom prompts to create digital assets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A creative, solutions‑driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A proactive, eager‑to‑learn attitude
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent writing skills (blogs, emails, and marketing content)
A customer‑focused approach
A university degree
Experience implementing CRM systems or consulting with clients
Experience creating marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
Fully remote role
