About the Role
ACDOCO SA seeks a hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive flawless execution of our marketing initiatives across all channels.
This is an execution‑focused role where you’ll translate strategies (formulated by the team) into tangible market results.
You’ll lead a lean team including our Digital & Influencer Marketing Specialist, Shopper & Trade Marketing Manager and Experiential Manager, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable commercial impact.
Having won over 31 international performance awards since we need someone who thrives on getting things done – not just another strategist, but a marketing operator who can take a brief and run with it, delivering exceptional execution across retail, e‑commerce, q‑commerce, digital, and shopper touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Activation
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns from brief to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery across all vehicles
- Activate brands at retail through innovative POS, in‑store promotions, and shopper marketing initiatives
- Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations including artwork approvals, print production, and distribution logistics
- Coordinate with commercial and merchandising teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales / portfolio objectives and grids
- Drive digital campaign execution through your direct reports, ensuring alignment to integrated approach
- Directly manage the Digital & Influencer Marketing Specialist and Experiential Manager
- Coordinate with international marketing teams and suppliers for campaign approval and execution
- Brief and manage creative agencies, ensuring outputs meet brand standards and deadlines
- Build strong working relationships with commercial, logistics and merchandising teams
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs, targets, ROMI, ROI and sales‑out volume baseline lift
- Prepare weekly execution updates and monthly performance reports
- Monitor budgets and ensure optimal allocation across campaigns
- Execute comprehensive quarterly reports
- Identify execution / performance / cost efficiency improvements and implement process optimisation improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5‑7 years' hands‑on marketing / trade / shopper experience in FMCG, CPG, or retail environments
- Proven track record of campaign execution and activation management
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience managing small teams and boutique agencies
- Retail, trade and shopper marketing execution experience is crucial
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Experiential Manager : Manages events, activations, and brand experiences
- Shopper & Trade Marketing Manager : Executes all in‑store / ecommerce activity including plans, POSM, retail / merch training, incentives, bundles, VAPs etc.
