The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, a strong digital portfolio, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include overseeing brand identity, managing content calendars, and executing high-quality marketing campaigns. The position requires in-office work approximately twice a week in Cape Town.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in brand or content roles, ideally in fashion or youth-driven brands.
  • Strong portfolio of content work across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Excellent eye for fashion, styling, photography and visual storytelling.
  • Self-starter attitude - willing to build, test and iterate quickly.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-output startup environment.

Our client in the retail fashion space is looking for a passionate, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead our client's creative and brand strategy. This person will shape how our client shows up - across all touchpoints. The role is both strategic and deeply executional: You’ll be responsible for defining brand identity while rolling up your sleeves to bring it to life through content, photography, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own our client's brand narrative, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Produce & brief marketing plans & seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop and oversee monthly content calendars that align with business and campaign objectives.
  • Manage and execute photoshoots - from styling to direction - to produce high-quality content for social and marketing assets.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency across digital and in‑store platforms.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal design resources on creative assets.
  • Monitor brand performance and use insights to evolve creative and campaign direction.
Requirements
