Our client, a dynamic ladies fashion brand that has recently undergone an exciting overhaul and relaunch, is entering a thrilling new phase of growth. They are now looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support their marketing efforts and help elevate the brand’s presence across key social media platforms, including TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience in digital marketing, especially in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or related industries.

As a key part of the team, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing team, assisting in creating engaging social content, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to influencer relationships. You will be highly involved in content creation and proactive at shoots, ensuring everything is aligned with the brand’s vision. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in social media marketing, particularly in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management: Help develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement across TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms. Assist in ensuring all content is visually compelling, on‑brand, and aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Content Planning & Posting: Support the planning, production, and scheduling of social media content, maintaining a consistent and curated feed that resonates with our target audience.
  • Shoot Support: Be proactive in social media content shoots. Assist in capturing both photos and videos, ensuring content is engaging, high‑quality, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Collaboration with Digital Marketing Team: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to assist in the creation of paid ads, newsletters, and web updates to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Influencer & Gifting Strategy: Help manage influencer partnerships, from scouting and gifting to establishing long‑term collaborations. Assist in building strong relationships with influencers who align with the brand.
  • Ad‑Hoc Campaign Support: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of new social campaigns that push the brand forward, always staying ahead of trends and cultural movements relevant to the target audience.
  • Brand Collaborations: Support the identification and coordination of brand partnerships and collaborations across platforms to expand reach and awareness.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in delivering regular performance reports, tracking social media growth, engagement, and campaign results, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive Social Media Management: Maintain a fast, responsive approach to content, seizing opportunities as they arise, and ensuring timely and impactful posts.
