Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Advisor to join our corporate marketing team and help drive the growth of our group’s corporate services. In this role, you’ll work across campaigns, events, digital channels and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen engagement with existing clients and generate new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, delivering and evaluating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Developing tailored collateral, presentations and case studies for corporate audiences.
  • Coordinating PHG’s participation in events, conferences and webinars.
  • Supporting corporate clients through digital wellbeing platforms and initiatives.
  • Building and managing HubSpot automation, workflows and reporting to optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create thought leadership content and insights.
  • Contributing to corporate social media strategy with a focus on LinkedIn.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, with proven ability to deliver campaigns across services.
  • Strong communication skills with experience tailoring content for corporate audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms).
  • Event coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and confident working across teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to support marketing activity.
  • Good storytelling skills and experience creating engaging content on LinkedIn.
  • B2B experience and understanding of business audience and channels
