What We’ll Bring
Make your mark where data, innovation, and brand storytelling meet. As a Marketing Intern at TransUnion Africa, you’ll be embedded in a collaborative team that shapes how our solutions show up across the continent. You’ll learn fast, own real deliverables, and see your work in‑market – while gaining hands‑on experience across digital, social, email, events, and sales enablement. You’ll join an international, outcomes‑driven marketing organization that partners across regions to drive awareness, demand, and engagement – giving you a front‑row seat to how global campaigns become local impact.
How You’ll Contribute
- Activate campaigns across channels. Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events – helping us launch with precision and measure what matters.
- Bring assets to life. Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials – digital online assets, promotional content, and sales enablement collateral that sales teams can use immediately.
- Run projects in Workfront. Help set up, update, and manage project features in Adobe Workfront for all marketing activity, partnering closely with senior marcom leads and the director to keep delivery on track.
- Keep our social always – on. Oversee and manage daily social media rhythms in conjunction with our retained digital agency, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and responsive.
- Own the data backbone. Maintain marketing databases, lists, and customer records for segmentation and targeting purposes – so campaigns reach the right people at the right time.
- Be the lead – routing hero. Assign, distribute, and manage leads in Salesforce; track campaign performance and build the reporting views stakeholders rely on.
- Manage the inbox. Assign, distribute, and manage the centralized marketing & communications email account, ensuring queries are acknowledged and actioned quickly.
- Collaborate across functions. Work with cross‑functional partners to gather and organize inputs for content, campaigns, and events – turning fragmented information into clear execution.
- Keep the team moving. Provide general admin support: schedule meetings, capture minutes, coordinate gifts, manage logistics and event bookings, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Measure and report. Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, preparing clear reports for review and optimization.
- Improve how we work. Contribute ideas to streamline processes, simplify workflows, and elevate campaign quality – your voice will be heard.
- Own the newsletter cadence. Coordinate our quarterly/monthly marketing newsletters end‑to‑end, keeping the organization informed and inspired.
- Support marketing finance operations. Facilitate payments follow‑ups, load requisitions, onboard vendors, and navigate TPRN/procurement processes as required.
- Keep us stocked. Manage inventory in the marketing storeroom so teams have what they need when they need it.
