Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Senior Artisan or Team Leader in a similar role and environment.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a Marine environment.
• Minimum 2 years 1st Line Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture parts for vessels and ensure repair quality.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of fishing vessels.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Manage workshop duties and oversee staff performance.
• Approve all SAP workflows and manage costs within budget.

Matric / Grade 12 or Technical NQF4 qualification
