Qualifications

  • Matric qualification is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years' HR generalist experience required.
  • Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and BBBEE legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and regulations.
  • Manage industrial and employee relations, including dispute resolution.
  • Lead and manage the HR team and provide guidance to management.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
