A leading organization in Centurion is seeking an experienced legal, risk, and compliance manager. The role involves ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, facilitating communication between key stakeholders, and managing organizational risks. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance, including 5 years at a senior management level. Relevant qualifications in law or finance are essential, along with GRC certifications. A valid driver's license is required.
Leads the design, implementation and maintain effective legal, risk, compliance, business continuity and client contractual management practices within the organisation. It further carries responsibility for enabling a proactive risk culture, driving integrated assurance, overseeing client contractual compliance, and supporting executive and board - level decision making.

NQF 8: Honours Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Finance or Law
Master in Business Administration (MBA)
Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years working experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance of which five (5) years must be at Senior Management level.
Relevant GRC Certifications (i.e. CIA, CRISC, CRPM Prac, CPrac / CProf), or equivalent
Span of Control 3-5
Level of Engagement Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
Valid Drivers license
Ability to work extended /long hours as and when required
