MinimumRequirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Multiple years experience (with significant time spent in a leadership capacity in a large global matrix organization)
  • Demonstrable track record of sales and business generation within consulting, professional services or similar commercially and sales focused environment
  • Accomplished translator of complex Data & AI related concepts with a talent for articulating their value to clients
  • Known as a trusted strategic advisor to the C-Suite, possessing an up-to-date and relevant network within the UKIA Financial Services Market

Responsibilities:

  • Building AI roadmaps and strategies with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can be leveraged to solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional business outcomes
  • Delivering business outcomes with quality, as per timelines and budgets of the AI program
  • Guiding and leading the execution of transformation projects
  • Driving sales with a deep focus on creating the best client and user experiences
  • Actively promoting sustainable and responsible leadership to support ecosystems and communities
  • Using an impressive network to cultivate business relationships with senior-level client executives and collaborating with both business and technical teams to create opportunities for wider services
  • Growing, nurturing, and enhancing the size and capability of the team from technical, business, and client-focused perspectives
