Manager – Treasury Operations

Are you ready to take the helm of a dynamic Treasury Operations team within a banking environment? We’re looking for a driven professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and hands‑on financial management within the financial services sector. In this role, you’ll ensure our banking organisation runs with precision liquidity, strong compliance, and an innovative approach to treasury.

What You’ll Be Driving
  • Cash & Liquidity Mastery – Own the daily cash flow engine: forecasting, monitoring, and making sure the organisation has the liquidity it needs to grow.
  • Treasury Operations Leadership – Oversee settlements, reconciliations, and controls with an eye for detail and efficiency.
  • Funding & Investments – Shape short‑term borrowing and investment strategies, optimising returns and minimising costs.
  • Risk & Compliance Champion – Keep a sharp focus on FX, interest rate, and liquidity risk exposures, ensuring compliance with global best practice.
  • People Leadership – Mentor, coach, and grow a high‑performing treasury team while building strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. (Postgraduate, CFA, or ACT is a bonus!)
  • 7–10 years’ treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • A minimum of 5 years core banking experience.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, capital markets, and risk management instruments.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands‑on, detail‑driven approach.
