Job summary

A premier luxury resort in Cape Town seeks a Host to provide exceptional guest service. The role includes organizing guest activities, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, and possess a keen attention to detail. This position requires a high school education at minimum, with a university degree being advantageous. Being bilingual and proficient in relevant software is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality.
• Proficient in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Computer savvy with knowledge of ALICE & SAGA Platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist guests with reservations and daily activities.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Act as a brand ambassador and maintain professional relationships.
