Qualifications

• Spa Receptionist experience in a Hotel Spa / Cruise Ship Spa or Luxury Lodge Spa.
• Qualification: ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP or similar international accredited Diploma in Spa/Beauty.
• Excellent command of English (speak & write).
• Bookings system confident.
• Computer confident including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Highly presentable and beautifully groomed.
• Reliable transport to Melrose.
• Able to work hospitality hours including public holidays, weekends and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest relations and reservations efficiently.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Assist with retail commission on products sold.
• Earn treatment commission on services you provide.
