Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or Process Analyst in technology or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze current business processes related to KYC, CDD, EDD, Fraud and Financial Crime case management.
• Design and document optimized end-to-end workflows.
• Translate business logic and regulatory requirements into structured process models.
