Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support line managers and employees through effective training, skills development, and SETA submissions. This role reports to the L&D Manager.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric + National Diploma in HRM / ETD (NQF 6)
  • Registered SDF, Coach/Mentor, Assessor and Moderator
  • 2+ years in Learning and Development
  • Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions and SETA engagement
  • Manufacturing sector experience essential
  • Strong knowledge of HR, Skills Development, EE, BBBEE and relevant labour legislation
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate HR legislative changes into policies and practices
  • Support Employment Equity and BBBEE skills initiatives
  • Identify training needs, analyse IDPs, source training providers, and coordinate learning programmes
  • Develop in-house training material and facilitate training interventions
  • Manage training logistics, evaluations, audit requirements, and learning communications
  • Oversee workplace assessments and maintain assessment records
  • Manage SETA processes, learnerships, WSP/ATR submissions and levy claim support
  • Compile monthly training and development reports
