About the Church

We have a congregation of about ___ people and have experienced incredible growth over the last few years. We are located in Rivonia, Johannesburg and have a diverse congregation from all walks of life.

Desired Candidate

Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: a real, dynamic, personal relationship with God; someone who is passionate about the church and serving God's people; a dynamic and faithful preacher and teacher of God's Word; someone who can pastorally engage with and serve the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation; someone who can manage, plan, coordinate and lead the staff and volunteers; someone who provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation, fostering a culture of faith, love and service; someone who can manage and plan worship services and all other activities in the life of the church; someone who will work with church leadership (elders) and staff to establish and execute a vision and strategic plan for the church's growth and leadership development; someone who will engage and build relationships within the local community, participating in outreach and mission activities, and collaborating with other organisations to address community needs.

Qualifications
  • Hold a theological/divinity/pastoral degree.
  • Have at least 5 years' experience in ministry.
  • Have management experience.
