Job description

We are recruiting Key Account Managers across several provinces—professionals who excel in relationship management, revenue growth, and strategic merchant support.

The focus is mainly on the hospitality industry.

This is not a typical sales job.

You will become the go-to partner for restaurant groups, franchise networks, and hospitality brands.

Your job is to ensure they get maximum value from our systems, feel supported, and continue to grow with the product.

Here's what you'll actually be doing day-to-day :

1. Managing Existing Hospitality Groups

You'll work closely with national or regional franchise groups. Practically, this means :

  • Checking in regularly with head office clients.
  • Managing requests or escalations when they have system issues.
  • Helping them plan upgrades, migrations, or add-on products.
2. Growing Revenue Within Your Accounts

This is not hard-selling—it's about spotting opportunities. You will :

  • Notice when a client needs additional terminals, software, or support services.
  • Recommend the right solution.
  • Close the deal and grow the account.
3. Bringing in New Hospitality Group Clients

You will also look for new restaurant groups or franchise brands who could benefit from your product. This includes :

  • Visiting potential clients.
  • Understanding their needs.
  • Presenting the solution.
  • Signing them up as new accounts.
4. Coordinating Store Openings & Projects

Hospitality groups expand fast. You will help when :

  • A new store opens (making sure systems are installed on time).
  • A store upgrades its software.
  • A group needs POS refreshes or migrations.

You'll work with technical teams to ensure timelines are met and the client is happy.

5. Delivering Excellent Customer Service

Clients will see you as their partner—your first call when they need help. You’ll :

  • Resolve issues quickly.
  • Build trust.
  • Maintain long-term relationships.
6. Admin, Reporting & CRM (Salesforce)

A portion of your time involves :

  • Updating client interactions.
  • Logging opportunities.
  • Forecasting sales.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Who We Are Looking For

Experience in hospitality tech, POS solutions, B2B sales, or key account management.

Strong relationship-builder with excellent people skills.

Able to handle multiple client projects at once.

Organised, deadline-driven, and proactive.

Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce beneficial).

Valid driver's license + own car.

High energy, professional, and customer‑centric.

Key Personal Traits
  • Customer-focused: You enjoy helping clients and building trust.
  • Accountable: You take ownership and follow through.
  • Goal-driven: You aim for targets and work strategically.
  • Team player: You collaborate well with internal teams.
How Your Success Will Be Measured
  • Growth in sales and upsell revenue.
  • Expansion of market share in your region.
  • Smooth, on-time deliveries of store openings & upgrades.
  • Quality and accuracy of your CRM and reporting.
  • Relationship strength with key accounts.
Why This Role Is Exciting

Our client is a market leader in hospitality technology.

You will be exposed to :
  • Large hospitality groups.
  • New tech solutions.
  • Expansion projects.
  • A dynamic, fast-moving industry.
  • Career growth opportunities.
