SUMMARY :

Our Cape Town-based team is looking for a person willing to take on an ambitious Key Account Manager role in the eCommerce Wholesale department. The ideal candidate has a passion for business and wants to work for one of the biggest denim brands in the world. You will manage accounts such as Superbalist, Takealot, Bash, and more.

POSITION INFO :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the e-commerce account base
  • A degree would be beneficial
  • A strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics and marketing fundamentals
  • Proven ability to grow e-commerce accounts exponentially
  • Develop and implement Customer Business Plans, co-lead year-end negotiations
  • Create, develop, and evaluate Joint Business Plans with customers to meet sales and online presence metrics like content, description, and Share of Search
  • Lead your portfolio to utilize internal funds for sustainable volume and value growth
  • Design and execute demand creation campaigns with the marketing team for your categories and customers
  • Demonstrate in-depth customer knowledge to inform planning and account administration
  • Lead deployment of multifunctional resources and funds to create customer-specific value and enhance online presence
  • Perform operational tasks such as volume forecasting, customer reports, trade and competition updates, budget management, and order management
  • Analyze and propose new ideas to improve sales within categories
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of categories across the business
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
