Our Client in the Automotive & Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Team Leader to join their Team.

Job Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha

Job Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of the team
• Responsible for daily reports and taking action required when targets are not met
• Manpower planning, station ergonomics
• Scrap management, quality supervision
• Knowledge and adherence to H&S/HR procedures and regulations
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards
• Assist with WIP/Sorts

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Maths or equivalent
• Supervisor/Management experience (Min 2 Years)
• Managerial/Supervisory/logistics qualification
• Driver’s license preferable
• Valid Forklift license required
• Product on hand experience will be an added advantage
• Above average computer literacy skills‑excel in particular
