- As a Junior UI / UX Designer, you will play a hands‑on role in shaping digital experiences that make a real impact. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to bring ideas to life, from ideation and research to polished interfaces.
- This role involves creating and refining product designs, improving user experiences, and contributing to design systems and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
- 2–4 years in UI / UX design.
- Proficiency in UI / UX methodologies and user‑centred design principles.
- Experience with design tools (Figma preferred, Adobe Suite).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
- Familiarity with agile environments.
- Strong MS Office skills.

Solution Roadmap, Design & Architecture
- Contribute to the design and development of intuitive, user‑centred interfaces.
- Ensure UI / UX designs align with product strategy and technical architecture.
- Support the creation of scalable design systems that maintain consistency across platforms.

- Analyse user feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure all designs adhere to organisational standards and accessibility guidelines.
