Junior to Senior Industrial Engineering Turn-Key Sales People – PLC’s / 6-Axis Robots / Metal Fabrication / Aluminium / Purpose Built Machinery

Permanent Position | Johannesburg near Roodepoort

Industry: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical / Automation

Must have valid driver’s license and own transport.

Must have Matric / Grade 12.

Technical qualification preferred: N2 – N6 Electrical OR Mechanical OR Mechatronics OR Instrumentation (advantage), Diploma, or related field.

1–8+ years of sales experience in engineering, technical, manufacturing, electrical, industrial equipment, automation, or capital machinery sales.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within Manufacturing, FMCG, Mining, Automotive, Packaging, Industrial sectors and with OEM and EPC external companies/clients.

Junior Sales Role: 1–2 years experience (industrial, fabrication, metalworking, or engineering environment preferred, negotiable). Basic understanding of mechanical components, aluminium profiles, or interest in engineering systems. Training will be provided on products.

Senior Role: 3–5 years experience selling technical/industrial equipment. Experience in robotics, automation, or system integration is a strong advantage. Proven track record in selling complex, engineered or purpose‑built machinery highly advantageous. Familiarity with control panels, PLC modules, I/O cards, or automation software.

Must be willing to relocate near the Company – essential.

Monthly Salary:

• Junior Roles: R 15 000 – R 25 000 + Commission on top + Benefits
• Intermediate to Senior Roles: R 25 000 – R 50 000 + Commission on top + Benefits
