With extensive experience in developing, building and operating solar, wind, hydro and storage projects, we deliver sustainable energy solutions across four continents from our headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

Main Responsibilities
  • Close renewable energy project finance transactions (solar, wind, storage, or similar)
  • Build complex, fully integrated project finance models
  • Model project finance non-recourse debt sizing tools, equity waterfalls, structured finance tools, and other related products
  • Engage with power purchase agreements (PPAs), EPC/O&M contracts and other financial documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as lenders, investors and legal advisors to facilitate financing
  • Prepare presentations, reports and documentation to support project financing and stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute to due diligence and assist in negotiations related to finance agreements
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • 1–5 years of proven experience in renewable energy project finance modeling
  • Demonstrated success in closing renewable energy project finance transactions
  • Strong expertise in building integrated project finance models
  • Hands‑on experience with debt sizing tools, equity waterfalls and structured finance models
  • Exposure to PPAs, EPC/O&M contracts and related financial documentation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international or multilateral project financing organisations
