Qualifications

• Entry level experience in a technology information security industry.
• Experience with end point protection and response software.
• Knowledge of SIEM and intrusion prevention systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prevention and resolution of security breaches.
• Support access management activities according to policy.
• Interact with Cyber Security Analysts and specialists.
• Log and manage service requests through to resolution.

Skills

Knowledge of technological advances within information security

Understanding of inter-relationships in a system

Knowledge of information security management

Understanding of current and emerging threats

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
