Job description

Job Function

To provide expertise and support and to perform basic business data analysis, processes and scenario modelling, solution, design, testing and validation, in order to increase quality and turnaround time in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and organise own tasks to make sure that performance targets are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to (daily to 3 months).
• Document internal and external client business processes.
• Perform basic solution design according to client requirements.
• Perform scenario modelling.
• Test, monitor and report on data and information related to implemented business solutions.
• Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance.
• Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making.
• Deliver work activities according to set standards in order to satisfy customers.
• Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills.
• Own and live up to the company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent 3-year degree (NQF Level 7).
