Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyse new markets to identify potential partners and opportunities.
• Establish and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
• Guide and support partners in marketing, product training, and after-sales service.
• Conduct regular client visits and market assessments to drive growth.
• Manage export processes, customer pricing, and product master data.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Accounts.
• Prepare market analysis reports, visit summaries, and management presentations.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
• 5+ years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within French-speaking African markets.
• Proven track record in export or international market development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent follow-up.
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems like SAP or Pastel advantageous).
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

Education

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering will be highly advantageous.
