Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented IT Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of IT products and services. This includes solutions such as hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and managed IT support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT solutions combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Present and promote IT products, solutions, and services tailored to client needs.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track opportunities using CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.

  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Matric/Grade 12 (required).

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, or Business (advantageous).

  • 2+ years’ proven experience in IT sales or technology solutions sales.

  • Knowledge of IT products and services (hardware, networking, cloud, software, or ISP solutions).

  • Valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred).
