Job title: IT Resourcing Consultant

Job Location: Gauteng, Randburg

We are looking for a highly skilled passionate IT Recruitment Researcher / Resource Consultant.

Responsibilities
  • The individual is to conduct in-depth research to source top IT talent with the right skills, experience and qualifications to meet client needs and job requirements, including active and passive talent sourcing through networks, job portals, social media platforms and advertisements.
  • Support the Resource Office in all aspects of the sourcing and administration process to meet client recruitment requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and short-listing quality candidates; build talent pipelines for future requirements.
  • Develop and deliver recruitment strategies; build a referral network; demonstrate headhunting skills.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of sourcing requirements and provide top calibre resources.
  • Create meaningful content for advertising jobs across all platforms.
  • Assist with response management; arrange interviews; gather interview feedback.
  • Manage the database and candidate records; upload suitable candidates to client talent systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Exceptional administration skills coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • At least 5 years IT recruitment experience with similar functions.
  • Experienced LinkedIn user with strong advertisement writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently; self-motivated and self-driven; high attention to detail.
  • Experience from a recruitment agency background.
