This role involves providing both remote and onsite technical support, ensuring client issues are resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and troubleshooting networks. You will be expected to visit clients, thus a valid driver's license and your own car are essential.
