Position : IT Helpdesk Technician

Job Summary

As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks

  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operation

  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues

  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions

  • Provide training and support to clients on new technologies and software

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for data security and system maintenance


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
